Welcome to the website of 24-7 Executive Transportation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

i. Use of the Website

This website is provided to present our executive transportation services and to allow visitors to request bookings. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting a booking request.

ii. Bookings

  • Online bookings paid on this website are confirmed automatically the moment your payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your ride.
  • Requests sent by WhatsApp, phone or text message do not by themselves create a confirmed reservation: they are reviewed personally, are subject to vehicle and schedule availability, and are confirmed when we contact you back and expressly agree on the date, time, route and rate.
  • Please provide complete pickup and drop-off details, date, time, number of passengers and any flight information so we can serve you properly.

iii. Payments

  • Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Online rates are flat and all-inclusive for the route or duration displayed at checkout — no hidden fees.
  • Full payment is collected at the time of booking. Rides quoted personally (WhatsApp or phone) are paid as agreed during confirmation.

iv. Punctuality & Pickup

  • We take punctuality seriously and plan every ride to arrive on time, monitoring traffic and flight schedules where applicable.
  • For airport pickups, please share your flight number so we can track delays and adjust the pickup time.
  • We ask clients to be ready at the agreed pickup time. Extended waiting may affect the service or its final cost, which will always be communicated to you.

v. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to modify or cancel a confirmed ride, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (561) 906-0109. Changes are accommodated free of charge whenever availability allows.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 3 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

vi. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their booking.
  • Clients agree to treat the vehicle and driver with respect and to comply with applicable laws during the ride (including seat-belt use and child-seat requirements).
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in a cleaning or repair charge.

vii. Service & Liability

We provide private transportation with professionalism, comfort and care. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures or airline changes; in those cases we will always work with you to find the best alternative.
