24-7 Executive Transportation (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

i. Information We Collect

• Booking details you provide when requesting a ride: full name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, service type, airport, number of passengers, luggage details, flight number and any notes.
• Contact information you share when you call or message us.
• Payment confirmation data when you pay online: the amount paid and a payment reference. Your card details go directly to our payment processor and never reach us (see section iv).
• Basic technical data that any website receives (such as browser type), used only to make the site work properly.

ii. How We Use Your Information

• To manage, confirm and provide your transportation reservations.
• To contact you about your booking — by phone, text message or WhatsApp.
• To improve our service and respond to your questions.

iii. What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Your details are used exclusively to operate our transportation service.

iv. Payment Processing

Online payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and is never seen or stored by us. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

v. Data Security & Service Providers

We apply reasonable, common-sense safeguards to keep your information secure and share it only with the people who need it to provide your ride. To operate the service we rely on a small set of processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (booking confirmation emails), and Supabase / Vercel (secure hosting of the website and reservation records). Booking requests sent via WhatsApp or SMS travel through those messaging services under their own security and privacy terms.

vi. Data Retention

We keep booking information only for as long as it is useful to manage your reservations and our service history, after which it can be deleted upon request.

vii. Your Requests

You may ask us at any time to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will honor every reasonable request promptly.
